How To Make A CBD Popsicle
Summer isn’t over yet! Cool down with a refreshing, calming, and healthy CBD popsicle! Made with a blend of coconut milk and frozen berries, you’ll be chilled out in no time.
We use coconut milk in this recipe to increase the bioavailability of our CBD and increase its benefits in the body. CBD needs fats to bind to in the body and since coconut milk is full of healthy fats, it’s a great ingredient to include in your CBD recipes!
We love this recipe with frozen blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, and blackberries but you can switch up the fruit to include any of your favorites! Orange, Mango, and Pineapple also make a tasty popsicle.
Here’s what you’ll need to make your new favorite summer CBD treat:
Red, White and Blueberry CBD Popsicle Recipe
Makes enough to fill 10 popsicle molds
1.5 Cups mixed berries
1 15-oz can full-fat coconut milk
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
2 tablespoons honey, maple syrup, or agave nectar (optional)
Popsicle sticks (if not included with your molds)
1. Blend all ingredients together in a blender or food processor until completely smooth.
3. Pour the smooth mixture in popsicle molds, leaving about 1/2 inch of space on the top. You can layer in fresh or frozen berries for a layered look as well!
4. Insert popsicle sticks into mixture
5. Pop the popsicles in the freezer for 6-8 hours or until the mixture is completely frozen.
6. Share, eat, and enjoy!
